How do I start, where do I start?

I’ve picked out what I want, now what?

Download and print our order form and fill it out with your selections. Mail it along

with your disk of images to us.  If you would prefer to send your images through

FTP give us a call and we will get you all set up.

 

What album sizes are available?

We offer a variety of sizes for your existing scrap albums or a new album. 

Visit our services to see album and size options. If you need a size that is not

listed let us know and we will design any size you need.

 

What quality and type are the scrapbooks printed on?

Depending on your album choice designs are printed on archival quality professional

paper in matte. Our photo books have a protective coating and our Signature coffee

table albums are printed on heavy weight paper just like a book store coffee table book. 

 

What do the prices include?

Our Single Print Design Combos include design and print copy.  All our album combos

include design, printing and the album.

 

What do the covers look like?

Each album has different cover options.  Our Signature albums offer a custom wrap around

hard photo cover or a custom dust jacket over black linen. Photo book albums have multiple

hardcover options or a photo cover.

 

Can I get multiple copies of the same book?

Of course you can, get copies for family members and friends!  Discounts for

multiple copies may apply to some albums. Contact us for information.

 

Can I see the design before printing?

Absolutely.  We will not print anything without your approval.  Once we have completed

the design your album will be available for preview where you can view, suggest

changes and give us your journaling info.

 

What if I don’t like something in the design?

We understand you may want to make some changes.  That’s okay!  While viewing

your album online you can make comments on changes you would like to see and

we offer 15 changes free of charge.  Large or complicated changes may be done

for a small fee; we will contact you with a quote before completing any changes.

 

What qualifies as a change?

A change is anything that you want moved, deleted or even added. Keep in

mind we allow up to 15 changes, but some changes may require extensive

rearrangement of your album.  We will work with you to adjust your album to your specifications.

 

Can I do my own journaling?

Yes. We have several options for journaling.  If you already know what you

would like to say when you send us your photos just add a word document to your

event folders.  If you would like to wait until the design is complete you can provide your

journaling in our Album Preview or we can provide you with a special pen and you can

journal once you receive your album.  Just remember to let us know so we can leave

room for your special touches.

 

Do you offer retouching services?

Yes.  See our services page for pricing.

 

How long does it take to get my album?

Design services take 2-4 weeks and album turnaround varies on which one you pick. 

Some take 7 business day and our more high quality albums take 3-4 weeks for printing

and binding, but believe us when we say it’s worth the wait.

 

What if I have items, like a greeting card, that I want in the album?

Unlike traditional scrapbooking we cannot add it into the album afterword, however send it

along and we’ll scan it and use it as part of our design.  This will help you archive paper memories

without all the clutter. This includes cards, plane tickets, venue maps, children’s drawings, etc.

 All items will be returned to you.

 

What if my photos aren’t digital?

If you have photos that weren’t taken digitally we can scan them and use them as

if they were.  See our Services for prices on scanning.
